MCO COVID 19

We have been under several phases of MCO due to COVID19. Since March18 we have practiced WFH since most students have gone home. The impact of COVID19 is so wide that everyone is affected. Schools are closed. Universities are not operating. factories, shops, malls all come to almost a halt. People are to stay home distancing from others due to worries of COVID19 infection. The Year 2020 sees that for the first time we spend our first day of Eid just among our nucleus family members. Both our Opah and Atuk are far away from us. It feels weird and somehow saddens us yet we know nothing materialized without Allah's will and permission. We have taken for granted the presence of our loved ones that when Allah takes the time together away we are lost for words. May Allah takes away this pandemic from us/ May we get to hug our parents and loved one. Other than that we are seeing an economic downturn directly or indirectly due to this pandemic. While the frontliners are short of time due to the heavy workloads, others are laid off due to poor economic status post COVID. People lost jobs, have less money but more worries. We have turned blind eyes to all misfortunes that happen in the past as we get through unscathed but now, regardless of who you are, pious or not, religious or not, the mishap of COVID19 make every soul feel the burden. May Alla help us. Only Allah has the power to remove all the tears and fears. But despite all the grim situation one thing for sure, the opportunity of staying at home together with our family members who all this while have been far apart is priceless. I don't if this event will return and we certainly pray that it won't, yet the memories of staying together with my loved ones, the chance to pray together will be cherished forever.
