am screwing my eyes..some hand writings are so... please students, many lecturers are more than 40s with not so good eye-sights...

Can i cry?...Alhamdulillah. Impact factor 1.7.

Alhamdulillah, satu program yang bagus bagi menggalakkan penulisan jurnal. Pelbagai input yang baru atau 'reminders'. Program 1 hari setengah yang dibuat secara bersama KOM dan CRC HTAA. Peserta yang datang rata-rata pakar, MO dan juga kakitanagn kesihatan yang lain. Input dari Dr. Srijit das dan Dr. hatta Sidi banyak membuka ruang baru bagi peserta dari KOM terutamanya.

With first profesional coming in about 2 weeks time, the students are cracking their heads trying to cram all the 2 years lecture note in their head..The exam questions are ready while some revision classes are being held by lecturers based on students request. Since the year 1 students are having their epidemiology block we see less faces of students these days. The days are less hectics since I ve completed marking all the Y1B3 and Y2B4 answer scripts. With 2 essays, 1 short note, 1 PBQ and 4 ospes x 250 students you can imagine the pressure at this time of the year. I usually mark the papers in small groups with rest in between to make sure that the students answer are given the best and fair attention and marks accordingly. Entering the mark into the system is another headache..InsyaAllah tomorrow the board meeting will be held and hopefully everyone of the second year students will be able to sit for Pro exam. I pray for them. With more than 20 years age difference i see them now ...

We did lab visit this morning, a 3-monthly requirement of OSHAS certification. Together with the science officer and 2 MLTs we checked the histopathology lab. The objectives are to ensure that guidelines are being adhered too by lab users and staff. There was not much change from our previous visit. The emergency lighting is still not available due to some problem with the contractor.

Begitulah yang dikhabarkan semalam dalam berita. Ramai yang tak puas hati : 1. Hilang kekananan 2. Gaji naik main pukul rata je. Tak kira lah hang dah 10 tahun ke or setahun jadi pakar 3. 7-13% ? macam mana depa kira? 4. Few other things.. Pelik jugaklah macam mana something yang so obvious ni pun depa tak boleh nak buat elok-elok dari mula. Nak kata complicated sangat rasanya tak de lah canggih sangat?..ish ish ish...BTW apa jadi dengan depa yang gaji dah sampai dinding? Takkan nak kena panjat Putra Jaya and jumpa PM baru top-top gun ni nak buat something...Hope to hear good news soon.
