How often do you exercise?

Nice jogging track by the lake..

Who? me?..mmm once in a blue maybe a bit more..but still not enough..I dont know when will I start a regular exercise regime, 3 times a week, 30 minutes jog around the lake..mmm should put more effort..But probably back in Kuantan the chances of putting up weight is less since the food at the cafe is so so..But when opah is around..phew you really need to have strong will power since the food..mmm every day is yummy..
