Since yesterday I ve been working tirelessly at the lab hoping that my CBS enzyme activity will be detected. But it seemed Allah wants me to work harder. After weeks of planning, calculating, measuring, weighing the outcome from today and yesterday was not...mmm..good. So far no band of radioisoptopes can be seen with the UV light..So..need to find out what is the reason for this failure...Really need to get this test done so that I can happily pack my things and move on..
Tomorrow will start again..all fresh!
