Today is my youngest one's 6th. birthday. May Allah bless U always. He really likes his Ben 10 watch and T-shirt. Not forgetting CJ....

I actually bought a belated birthday cake for Muneer. We want to share the cake with abang Muaz sebenonya.....

 Pagi ini berjaya jalan 10000 tapak di Taman Bandar. Alhamdulillah. di hujung perjalanan kaki kanan melecet sikit. Paksa diri untuk terus berjalan selagi mampu. Banyak kebaikan berjalan, walau tidak selaju orang lain kerana kita berbeza. Buat lah seuatu untuk diri sendiri, bukan beradu dengan sesiapa.  Jika buat secara konsisten, badan mula beradaptasi untuk menyediakan tubuh dengan keperluan fizikal yang bertambah. Semoga ada penambah baikan pada fungsi jantung, otot dan seluruh anggota lain. Bagus sebenarnya berjalan ni. Senaman yang tak perlu skill beria, persediaan tempat khusus atau teknik tertentu. Perseverence..Steadfastness

I like these words..I didnt use them when I was at schools for my vocab was limited. Perseverence and patience has help me through my life..Not that my life was so challenged but i did went thru difficulties along the way..But alhamdulillah it mostly related towards achieveing my ambition in my study. I do have a tinge of 'low self esteem' n lack of confidence..Some may say no its not good to adopt those attitude but somehow it works for me..In exam..how ever hard i studied ( i knew what study hard meant for, when others were curling in their bed, i sit or lied on cold cement to catch some light to study when i was in boarding school, do as many past years questions as i could or walked 6 km alone to go/back for tuition to enter MRSM in Shah Alam, or browsed thru those thick medical book to touch up notes given by lecturers ( and the guys usually photocopied mine..and read..read..read.....)there was always a question of 'What if i failed" and alhamdulillah with that a...

On wednesday last week 05012011 I was shocked by a phone call from DH that my friend Dr.Mazlan had a heart attack. He was in CCu for 3 days and finally succumbed to this MI on 7th. Jan 2011. It was a sad day for us MATES 2 who have knowm this dear friend of us. We went to gether to Adelaide in 1988. We were very close to each others. There were 31 of us. We lived in adelaide like true brothers and sisters. Helping each other in need. Our mazlan has been helpful as he was keen in business, helping us getting halal chicken in Adelaide town. He has gone leaving his wife and 5 kids. InsyAllah ..Allah permudahkan lah buat yang tinggal dan juga buat sahabat ku Dr. Mazlan Razali. Whenever I go to Kuantan town, I ll pass by this perkuburan islam di Jln Bkt Ubi and there my friend..May you rest in peace
