Sample: human tonsil
Dilution: 1/100, 1/50, negative control
Antigen retrieval solution: Trizma base + EDTA at pH 9.0(change pH with NaOH 1 M)
microwave: medium high, 15 minute, temp 95degree C, slides submerge in ARS in microwave safe container
H2O2 : 5 min
primary 1 h
secondary 30 min
DAB 10 min
Hx 30s
dehydration; alcohol 70,80,90,100x2, xylene x2
ATRS has been used 3 times so far with water bath incubation method
