Dah berbulan-bulan tak masak nasi lemak. Ya lah nak buat apa masak kalau nak makan sorang. Bila dah ramai-ramai barulah semangat sikit. seronok tengok abang Muaz makan. BTW ikan bilis dah habis and kacang pun takde. Tapi licin jugakkkk...... "Laksa-mak-mertua-lalu-tak-perasan"

Pagi-pagi lagi kita semua dah berangkat ke tepi pantai TC. Ayah tak balik minggu ni, on-call lagi. So dapat jugaklah menghilangkan kesedihan ni...sob sob. Bersama opah n the crews kita telah breakfast and after that ronda-ronda along the beach. Tak sangka projek yang disangka berakhir sejam dua rupanya bersambung ke ECM pulak, opah nak beli bag baru. Sudahnya before zohor baru sampai rumah. Cantik jugak hasil kerja tangan artis ni Maryam with her favourite expression..."muka buchuk"

Saya baru kenal cikgu shidah itu pun sebab baca paper semalam..so kira ketinggalan zaman lah jugak saya. Video "bila berpacaran' yang saya pertama tengok. Baru lah saya google yang lain. Rupa-rupanya gempak celebrity juga cikgu dari parit ni. Mulanya saya ingat dia orang jawa sebab di batu pahat banyak parit. Rupa-rupanya Parit Perak. Entah kenapa saya berpandangan positif atas aktiviti beliau walau pun saya tidak bersetuju dgn tindakan beliau yang kelihatannya tidak bertudung tapi bersongkok sewaktu menyanyikan lagu Bila berpacaran. Aurat tetap aurat. Apa yang menarik perhatian saya pelbagai komen negatif dan positif yang diterimanya. Saya juga melihat gambar beliau bersama-sama murid. Saya tidak tau peribadi beliau ketika di sekolah. Tapi saya rasa beliau bukan guru yang 'skema'. Apa ya guru yang skema? Entah lah saya pun tak begitu arif..yang pasti saya pun selalu juga di'andai'kan sebagai cikgu..terutamanya bila berdepan dengan 'apek' atau ...

These pictures were taken while ayah was in Korea and both kak sarah and abang were enjoying themselves in Singapore...Ok lah tu..TC pun TC lah dari bersidai kat shopping complex. Suasana di TC makin nyaman dengan beberapa renovasi terutama di bahagian pejalan kaki. Lebih kemas dan teratur. We went to have breakfast there and stroll along the beach after that..

Banyak perkara kecil dalam hidup kita sebenarnya boleh 'menyemakkan' fikiran. Salah satu yang telah lama menyemakkan fikiran saya adalah suasana belakang rumah. Rumah di belakang ini tiada penghuni tetap. Lalang dan pokok memanjat menyemakkan pagar. Alhamdulillah sekarang tembok 'besar' telah dibina. walau pun ianya adalah sekadar renovasi yang kecil..sekurang-kurangnya tiada lagi pemandangan yang menyemakkan mata. saya juga mendapat sedikit 'privasi' walaupun tidak bertudung di dapur. Kawasan kecil ini harapnya dapat menjadi ruang 'penstoran ' yang lebih kemas...almaklumlah nak buat renovasi ala ala casa impiana belum lagi masuk list....alhamdulillah Supervisor kecik sedang memantau ..:)

Pada waktu malam sebenarnya lebih selesa duduk di luar rumah sebab suasananya lebih nyaman. Malangnya rumah-rumah zaman moden tidak menitik beratkan aspek 'ventilasi'. Udara semula jadi tidak sampai kedalam rumah kecuali jika tingkap dibuka. jadi kita terpaksa bergantung kepada kipas atau penghawa dingin. So sometimes I would just go outside at night and enjoy the cool breeze, the stars and the moon...:)

On Saturday mama, kak munirah and opah help organised a small event for darling muneer. Muneer celebrated his 9 th. birthday. Though ayah, abang and kak sarah were not around, we still go on. Just to let muneer enjoyed his Bday. With 5 friends along, muneer really had fun time. Another batch of students has completed their profesional exam. As if a heavy burden had just being lifted up of my shoulder once I finish marking the papers. In a day or two the result will come out. What happen after that? After few months of holiday they will finally go to clinical years. I really hope they will put some effort on their part to brush up their knowledge so that they will be able to breeze through the clinical years. Not just theoretical knowledge, they also need to communicate well with their future patients. I notice that some students though are good on papers need an extra push when come to human-human interaction. Most important they must be able to 'tackle' the patients. Smile ..yes thats it. Some of them are a bit 'cold' and I m afraid if they do not improve they will have problem to get well with their 'potential' clients...Patients are like 'baby' sometimes. They not only wants verbal or medical advise from us ..but also tender...

Though the students do not call me teacher, I still consider myself a teacher because I teach. I ve always wanted to become a doctor as far as I can remember...but never a teacher.. I do not know how that idea get stuck in my head since earlier on when I was small none of the close relative was a doctor. This idea get stronger when I was in the secondary school. More and more of my seniors at school enrolled into this course, so as a cousin brother. But one thing for sure I ve always associated the medical course with the creme de la creme when it comes to examination result. This was a drive for me to strive to do my best...The same spirit allows me to breeze through my medical course. Then come the actual life as a doctor. Though I enjoyed my work and love it, I loathe on-call duty. Fortunately there are other alternatives to just being 'stuck' in the ward with on-call duty. Firstly I thought of embarking into general practitioner life. But no..no..that was not in my hubby...

Mama is very happy with kak sarah enthusiasm with The Petrosains science Show Competition and very proud indeed with her confidence to participate in the event. Alhamdulillah kak sarah and her team mate shahidah was selected to represent the Sekolah Menengah Hidayah Johor (SMIH) (menengah rendah group). So yesterday (4 Mei 2011) the two of them presented the blast T-bag rocket experiment. Go kakak go....:)
