Today hantar result MDA aorta to supervisor. Result yg dah analysed with ANOVA and post hoc Tukey:
1 MDA aorta
2. MDA liver
3. MDA heart
4. SOD heart
5. GPX heart
6. Catalase heart
7. Weight
8. BP
Test dah buat tapi belum analyse with Tukey:
9. MDA plasma
10. Nitric oxide
Test Belum buat:
11. Immunohisto VCAM - still reading on method
12. Homocysteine - awaiting for chemicals
13. Enzyme CBS - still finding a suitable method
THESIS WRITING:
on going. KIV submit chapter 1 and 2 end of december 2007. Chapter 3 on-going.
